As an intern and someone new to the company, one of the main points that I picked up from Ryan about the brand when I first met him was that one of Faire’s main traits is being a feedback-aware brand – meaning we place the opinions and viewpoints of our customers at the forefront of what we do. Looking through the site and reading the earlier blog posts, I could tell that a lot of effort has been put into making the voices of the customer’s heard – from the implementation of a chat bot on the site, to the fact that our products were designed in focus groups, where the opinions of others were critically considered.
In my first few weeks, I did some research about what it means to be feedback-aware on my own and found that feedback is an ongoing process. Feedback during the process of the product design is equally as important as feedback after the purchase of the product. That way, we can know what we are doing right and what is lacking in our product, so that we can improve on them the next time around.
Therefore, if you have recently purchased our product, we highly encourage you to let us know what you think. Here’s how you can leave a review:
If you have recently purchased, for example, a travel wallet, you can leave us a review by going to the travel wallet product page on our site and scrolling all the way down to the bottom, where you will see the review section (as highlighted in the above image). You can then leave your name, your comment and your rating out of five stars. Once you are done, your review will be immediately published to the site.
Personally, I look forward to hearing from our customers what you truly feel about our products. It is always fulfilling to know, from an insider’s point-of-view, the opinions of our customers. I feel that this is a great way for you to get your voice heard, so don’t be shy. At the moment, we are making some minor tweaks to our site in order to improve on your experience, but do know that your voice is always welcome.
